Wenn sich Ihre Adresse ändert, müssen Sie Ihre Adresse auch auf dem Chip Ihrer eID-Karte ändern lassen.
Wenn Sie eine Wohnung in Deutschland haben, wird die Adressänderung auf Ihrer eID-Karte von der für Sie zuständigen Meldebehörde am Ort Ihres Hauptwohnsitzes zusammen mit der Anmeldung der neuen Wohnung vorgenommen.

Wenn Sie keine Wohnung in Deutschland haben, ist für die Änderung der im Ausland gelegenen Adresse die Auslandsvertretung zuständig, in deren Bezirk Sie sich gewöhnlich aufhalten.
Geändert wird Ihre Adresse nur auf dem Chip Ihrer eID-Karte, weil auf der Karte selbst keine Adresse aufgedruckt ist.
Die eID-Karte wird nicht dadurch ungültig, dass auf dem Chip nicht die aktuelle Adresse hinterlegt ist.

W przypadku zmiany adresu należy również zmienić adres na chipie karty eID.
Jeśli masz dom w Niemczech, zmiana adresu na karcie eID zostanie dokonana przez organ meldunkowy właściwy dla Twojego głównego miejsca zamieszkania wraz z rejestracją nowego miejsca zamieszkania.

• w przypadku przeprowadzki z zagranicy: ostatni adres zamieszkania w Niemczech
• w przypadku małżonków, partnerów życiowych i członków rodziny z tą samą datą przeprowadzki: data wprowadzenia się oraz poprzednie i obecne miejsca zamieszkania.
• Właściwy organ może zażądać przedłożenia dodatkowych dokumentów w celu weryfikacji informacji (np. aktu małżeństwa, aktu urodzenia).

• bei Zuzug aus dem Ausland: letzte Wohnanschrift in Deutschland 
• bei Ehegatten, Lebenspartnern und Familienangehörigen mit denselben Zuzugsdaten: Zuzugsdatum sowie frühere und derzeitige Wohnungen
• Die zuständige Stelle kann die Vorlage weiterer Unterlagen verlangen, die zum Nachweis der Angaben dienen (zum Beispiel: Heiratsurkunde, Geburtsurkunde).

Verfahrensablauf

Zmianę adresu na chipie karty eID przeprowadza się w ramach zameldowania lub wymeldowania, którego można dokonać osobiście lub online.

Stawiasz się osobiście we właściwym dla Ciebie urzędzie meldunkowym:

• Przedstawiasz wszystkie niezbędne dokumenty.
• Rejestrujesz lub wyrejestrowujesz swoje miejsce zamieszkania.
• Adres jest następnie zmieniany na chipie karty eID.

Elektroniczna rejestracja pobytu:

• Wywołujesz usługę online.
• Logujesz się do usługi online za pomocą swojego konta użytkownika.
• Wprowadzasz wszystkie wymagane dane online i przesyłasz formularz online.
• Otrzymasz kod pocztą na swój nowy adres.
• Potwierdzasz przeprowadzkę do nowego domu, wprowadzając kod w usłudze online.
• Otrzymasz oficjalne potwierdzenie rejestracji.
• Przedstawisz to oficjalne potwierdzenie rejestracji i ważną kartę eID odpowiedniemu organowi rejestracyjnemu.
• Organ rejestracyjny dokona wówczas bezpłatnej zmiany adresu na chipie karty eID.
  

Die Änderung der Adresse auf dem Chip der eID-Karte wird im Rahmen der An- oder Abmeldung einer Wohnung vorgenommen, die Sie entweder persönlich oder online erledigen können.

Sie erscheinen persönlich bei der für Sie zuständigen Meldebehörde: 

• Sie legen alle erforderlichen Unterlagen vor. 
• Sie melden Ihren Wohnsitz an oder ab. 
• Anschließend wird die Adresse auf dem Chip der eID-Karte geändert. 

Bei elektronischer Wohnsitzanmeldung: 

• Sie rufen den Online-Dienst auf. 
• Sie melden sich mit Ihrem Nutzerkonto im Online-Dienst an. 
• Sie geben alle erforderlichen Daten online ein und senden das Formular online ab. 
• Sie erhalten einen Code per Post an Ihre neue Adresse. 
• Sie bestätigen den Einzug in Ihre neue Wohnung durch Eingabe des Codes im Online-Dienst. 
• Sie erhalten eine amtliche Meldebestätigung.
• Sie legen diese amtliche Meldebestätigung und Ihre gültige eID-Karte der zuständigen Meldebehörde vor.
• Anschließend ändert die Meldebehörde kostenlos Ihre Adresse auf dem Chip Ihrer eID-Karte.
   

The change of address on the chip of the eID card is carried out as part of the registration or deregistration of a residence, which you can do either in person or online.

You appear in person at the registration office responsible for you:

• You present all the necessary documents.
• You register or deregister your place of residence.
• The address is then changed on the chip of the eID card.

For electronic residence registration:

• You call up the online service.
• You log in to the online service with your user account.
• You enter all the required data online and submit the form online.
• You will receive a code by post to your new address.
• You confirm that you have moved into your new home by entering the code in the online service.
• You will receive an official registration confirmation.
