Eine Verlängerung des Reisepasses ist nicht möglich.

Ist der Reisepass abgelaufen, müssen Sie - soweit der Reisepass weiterhin benötigt wird - einen neuen Reisepass beantragen.

Nie ma możliwości odnowienia paszportu.

Jeśli ważność paszportu wygasła, należy złożyć wniosek o nowy paszport, jeśli paszport jest nadal wymagany.

• a valid identity document (passport, identity card, child's identity card, child's passport),
• a current photo in passport format (45 x 35 mm), portrait format, frontal shot without border, without headgear and without covering the eyes (biometric photo),
• Your previous passport,
• your birth certificate,
• when applying for a child :
• ID of the parent/guardian present, the declaration of consent and a copy of the ID of the parent/guardian not present, proof of custody if there is only one parent/guardian.

From May 1, 2025, only digitally created biometric photographs will be accepted in the application process.
The photograph can be taken by external service providers (e.g. photographers) who make it available to the passport or ID card authority in a cloud for retrieval.
Alternatively, digital photographs can usually also be taken at the passport or ID card authority.
If necessary, find out before your appointment whether the photo can be taken at the authority.
Printed passport photos that you bring with you can only be processed in exceptional cases.

• einen gültigen Ausweis (Reisepass, Personalausweis, Kinderausweis, Kinderreisepass),
• ein aktuelles Foto im Passformat (45 x 35 mm), Hochformat, Frontalaufnahme ohne Rand, ohne Kopfbedeckung und ohne Bedeckung der Augen (biometrisches Lichtbild),
• Ihren bisherigen Reisepass,
• Ihre Geburtsurkunde,
• bei der Antragstellung für ein Kind :
• Ausweis des anwesenden Sorgeberechtigten, die Einverständniserklärung und eine Kopie des Ausweises des nicht anwesenden Sorgeberechtigten, den Sorgerechtsnachweis bei nur einem Sorgeberechtigten.

Ab dem 1. Mai 2025 werden nur noch digital erstellte biometrische Lichtbilder im Antragsprozess akzeptiert. 
Das Lichtbild kann bei externen Dienstleistern (z. B. Fotografen) erstellt werden, die es der Pass- bzw. Personalausweisbehörde in einer Cloud zum Abruf zur Verfügung stellen. 
Alternativ können digitale Lichtbilder in der Regel auch in der Pass- bzw. Personalausweisbehörde aufgenommen werden. 
Informieren Sie sich ggf. vor Ihrem Termin, ob die Möglichkeit der Lichtbildaufnahme in der Behörde zur Verfügung steht. 
Mitgebrachte ausgedruckte Passbilder können nur noch in Ausnahmefällen verarbeitet werden.

• ważny dokument tożsamości (paszport, dowód osobisty, dowód osobisty dziecka, paszport dziecka),
• aktualne zdjęcie w formacie paszportowym (45 x 35 mm), portretowe, od przodu bez obramowania, bez nakrycia głowy i bez zakrywania oczu (zdjęcie biometryczne),
• poprzedni paszport
• akt urodzenia,
• w przypadku ubiegania się o dziecko :
• Dowód tożsamości obecnego rodzica/opiekuna, oświadczenie o zgodzie i kopia dowodu tożsamości nieobecnego rodzica/opiekuna, dowód opieki, jeśli jest tylko jeden rodzic/opiekun.

Verfahrensablauf

Sie müssen für die Beantragung des Reisepasses (e-Pass) persönlich vorstellig werden.
Der Antrag wird vor Ort mit dem Bearbeiter ausgefüllt. Sie müssen die Richtigkeit der persönlichen Daten und Ihre deutsche Staatsangehörigkeit bestätigen und Ihre Fingerabdrücke abgeben.

Aby złożyć wniosek o paszport (e-paszport), należy zgłosić się osobiście.
Wniosek zostanie wypełniony na miejscu przez urzędnika. Należy potwierdzić prawdziwość danych osobowych i obywatelstwo niemieckie oraz złożyć odciski palców.

You must come in person to apply for a passport (e-passport).
The application will be completed on the spot with the clerk. You must confirm the accuracy of the personal data and your German citizenship and provide your fingerprints.
